Chef Gaggan will return to the Taj kitchens of his youth as he prepares an exclusive tasting menu set over twelve courses using molecular gastronomy and unique techniques. The pop-up will offer diners the rare chance to sample this exquisite menu and indulge in the best of Indian flavours at Varq, the Modern Indian dining destination.
