The ingredients for Christmas mince before being combined at the Vivanta Dwarka.

December- the end of the year, with Delhi winter as the perfect backdrop for good food, good spirits and good cheer! And what better way to end the year than with all manner of festive foods and Christmas goodies?

After all, every season, every festival has some special foods made just for that day. It wouldn’t be a feast or a festival without them!

On that note, the Vivant Dwarka held a ceremony on the 8th of November where they soaked various fruit, fruit rind, raisins, nuts, etc in alcohol to macerate for roughly two months before being used to make Christmas treats such as Plum Pudding, Mince Pies, Kouglof, Stolen Bread, etc.

The variety of alcohol in which the various nuts including cashews and fruit rind macerate in includes red wine, port wine, single malt whiskey, rum, crème de cassis, etc.

The Christmas mince ingredients (fruit rind, nuts, etc) after being mixed. This will be baked into all manner of Christmas festive foods in time for the festive season.

The Mince Pies, Pantone, Dundee Cake, Kouglof, and much more would be available for sale at the Vivanta Dwarka latest by 15th December.
