Introducing our Next Guest Writer: Rekha Rani Singh

It gives The Grape Vine immense pleasure to announce that our next guest writer will be Rekha Rani Singh of Dera Jaipur. Her chosen topic is one that is particularly close to my heart- reviving old cuisines.

We are fortunate to live in a country with a wealth of culinary traditions and heritage. Each community, in each district of India has a wealth of traditional knowledge tucked away in recipes passed down by demonstration and practice from generation to generation. It is therefore a privilege for myself as the proprietor of The Grape Vine to play a tiny part in bringing a nugget of this rich heritage to The readers of The Grape Vine

Log on to The Grape Vine at noon on the 9th of August to read this most enjoyable and informative read.
